No offence intended but I get the feeling you are comfortable with Entree " getting PMH for a pittance".
Personally I will be voting against the proposal. The low SP is a reflection of the markets opinion of the directors lazy, incompetent & (I suspect) self serving attempt to move PMH onto greater things.
