If MRE is so undervalued, how come none of the independant directors hold any shares (Chairman has a few but not many), and most of the senior management team have none (apart from PJ).
In fact, if you read the annual report closely enough you will see that when senior management have been issued shares under the LTI scheme they immediately sell them.
If the directors and senior management aren't confident enough to own or buy shares in their own company...
