I figured you had to apply for extra, even if it was only for a couple of hundred, to keep your foot in the door and make sure the directors weren't making out like bandits at regular shareholders expense.
Honestly, I think their "institutional placement" looks a bit dodgy now - there's definitely an appetite for more CAH to be sold to existing shareholders, not overseas investors.
