$2 is still very cheap IMO - with NPV of $90mill odd profits over 3yrs, reduced OPEX if contractors/equipment are employed/purchased, plus simultaneous development of Stage 2, drilling, resource expansions, no startup cashflow risk, offtakes finalised, etc etc if it very very cheap.
I bet if you found this company tomorrow, and just took the project as it stands today, you would think IFE is undervalued.
