re: Ann: Chinese Mining Fund Signs MoU for St... if you look at the pre trading halt value of IFE (1.60 x 44 mill shares = 70 million) and then look at the fact that ife still holds 80% of the resources (except dso- 30%), how is this not a good deal?????

If the market was valuing the ife's share of the dso at say 150 mill, then maybe it is not as good a deal but the market is not!

So, 50% of the DSO, ife gets the dso project funded, will receive revunue for the prepartion of stages 2 and 3 and a major partner who will be involved in the real deal in the next couple of years.....

Stage 2 and 3 will make stage 1 look silly...
