more selling to come

I have been wathcing the stock closely from a TA perspective but now have my fundamentals hat on. On this front, I believe a selloff is justifiable ST if you were an investor who believed KZL was undervalued as a result of these assets which are being sold off.

If you were one of these investors, you would now feel that Company is divesting itself of what you may consider one of its jewels.

If you were one of those investors, wouldn't you sell KZL and take up the new IPO?

I think this could weigh heavily on the stock for quite some time but LT, the fundamentals remain positive.

I view it as a cheap opportunity to accumulate. LT the fundamentals are sound, it just has to get through this restructuring period.
