re: Ann: Chinese Mining Fund Signs MoU for St... Precisely: Stage 1 is a short term cash generator that required $10m from IFE...why do they raise $35m to dilute their cash generation...they will need to come back and raise more cash to fund Stage 2 and 3 now whereas before they were reasonably funded! Terrible deal, what were management thinking?
