Crikey the silence is deafening!!!
I will speak up as AUK has been bloody good to me (so far)
in fact about 30% of my holding is a 10 bagger, the rest an
8 bagger.
Company used to be primarily owned by a Japanese company. Norman Seckold then bought them out.
Was primarily focused on copper/gold exploration in the Lachlan Fold belt NSW, but also has nickel at Homerville.
So far nothing outstanding has come out of exploration, but they do have a couple of small JORCs.
Most of the time any drilling just shows up low grade smallish intersections.
That being said, there still looks to be a lot of potential in some areas (Yeoval, Goodrich for example)
From the quarterly cash burn exploration seems to be run on the smell of an oily rag, so that is a bonus.
The Indonesian angle came way out of left field (idea from new owners??), will be keen to see how that works out
(looking good if the current SP is anything to go by)
IMHO there will be some sort of cap very raising soon, probably on the back of good results from the current drilling (or beforehand if they are crappy)
