Exactly the point. If you're not thinking of fully developed leases, well spacings, time to drill, and totally number of wells, you're probably thinking of short term speculation, hype, over valuations, followed by severe undervaluations, complaining to directors, wishing for marketing etc. etc. etc. It takes all types to invest. The outcome I'm holding for is most definitely the fully developed field.
