Flyboy I understand things are slow but this is the way with some exploration companies, if you want you can always sell down.

Now the deal with Fortrend is determined by the VWAP of the shares over the 10 business days prior to the share issue. Until the VWAP improves significantly it doesnt provide the ability to raise the amount of money they need to market interest in TMX projects and drill etc.

So raising allows them too.

I too agree that the money can be better spent which I have passed my thoughts onto the company. I expect results in the near future after this cash raising.
