    MOG has 168,177,592 shares on issue

    120,000,000 shares for RT acquisition.
    These shares are escrowed for 12 months and make up part of Albers holding

    He wont be selling unless he sells the whole company.

    So total shares = 288,177,592

    There's also 2,300,000 options 25-30c that expire 30-06-10
