I also have held this stock for years and i agree totally with your sentiments.
I was also warned by a fellow HC poster to check out the background of the CEO of Pelican and it wasn't encouraging reading.
I am tempted to cut my losses and sell but thought i would hang in there until the Romblon project was resolved, however this cap raising without any detail is typical of this shonky mob!!!
