Elphistone and Westrac jointly own majority of National Hire.
Maybe I'm over imaginative, but I wonder if there's a play Stokes(Westrac)/ Elph / CXG to creat a giant heavy equipment business of Westrac, National hire, Elph, CXG. In which case CXG has much higher value than Elph has offered.
