Boral still mine out there, as do one other company. The little shop many years ago used to be an electrical store, and it does have a residence but its all a bit run down now, but the price is listed as $50k.

As for Council, unfortunatley I dont have a contact in there any more, so news out of there is pretty limited. Its a bit annoying because Council dont do any releases on discussions they have with Coalworks, which is average really.

The Pub though has turned itself around and has really taken off again doing meals and entertainment, something which had been missing for years.
