    To what extent the offer is "refined" we will have to wait and see.

    I would like to see an offer that at least values LGL at $1200 gold US which is where the gold price will trade near term. Given that many pundits are calling for a gold price of $1500 US next year and beyond one can understand why this acquisiton would make perfect sense for NCM at this current juncture.
