That is the reality of stock market there are always people who like to gamble and go against the trend and be a hero to me it is insane and suicide but we never know for sure, maybe they are program traders and technical ones but any stock under an offer is a huge gamble to short to and NCM will not walk away now and better offer will come along and so far sp is well supported and what it means is most traders are on the long side so I would rather be with the main trend and going long.
One thing for sure one side of the camp will lose money that is the rule of stock market.
