Pure guess work on my part but share consolidations are often followed later by capital raising.......may be the case here.
If you watch your screen all day there might be trading plays,but i would avoid/wait for clearer picture or look elsewhere.
PWR has only made me poorer in the past so no enthusiasm from me.
