Since you picked me out I will reply - albeit briefly since all this has been covered in the past:

    A) My research brought up two institutions this could refer to: Bank of Qld and Bankstown Credit Union

In BOTH cases the product was optional (ie. customer had to download ... ) - not a must have. Re BOQ I could not even find the product on the BOQ website anywhere just google - definitely not in the security section where one might expect. It was more prominant on Bankstown's site, however noting that I lived within 10 minutes of Bankstown for around 12 years or more, frequented the area, and had never heard of it I wouldn't consider it to have any significance.

In BOTH cases due to institution size or lack or clear marketing I would attribute very close to zero value.

    B) Bankstown Credit Union would be 3rd tier. Maybe Nexbis classifies BoQ as 1st Tier? I don't know. I wouldn't but given lack of information and research throwing up nothing else maybe Nexbis does? Either way, it is worth close to nothing.

    C) Most businesses when spending as much as NBS has would provide a more concrete outline of income expectations. NBS was as vague as I have ever seen. NBS paid a lot for 'pilot stage' businesses. In short, if it fails it is worth zippo. Given the concerns over both debtors to June 2009, lack of income to Dec 2009, and lack of disclosure of who and what here, there is no surprise that there is a high level of scepticism.

Wrote more than I expected but hope it helps you promote your company. Another positive step would be to NOT outsource public relations. That's a good way of telling shareholders you don't want to deal with them.
