    or TBE a third possible reason for these investment banks and funds becoming substantial holders is the glaringly apparent arbitrage which is like a magnet to bankers with cash at hand.
    While the $5.70 approx. TO offer [470c cash, plus one Dart Energy share valued around 100c] is not exactly cash in hand yet or any certainty of becoming so in future, it must surely be considered more likely than not to succeed, given the Arrow directors recommendation of the TO bid.
    So while Arrow sp was around 499c - 507c last week I think the 65c-70c arbitrage play and its potential profits is the key reason they bought in.
    Of course I hope TBE you are right about these 'deep pockets' people thinking the bidding has only just begun and no doubt they will have factored in historical knowledge of stock markets and commodity markets as being fluid, fluctuating, fire-breathing dragons with many scenarios in coming months capable of changing the 507c AOE sp's status quo, both upwards and downwards.
