It sertainly appears like that - in a very demonstrative way. Mybe this is the 'message', the right impression that we are supposed to get ...lol sounds like conspirasy within the conspiracy. BUT prior to each spike, in the last 3 years, the SP was havily suppressed on a miserable volume with strange buildups on the sell and buy side and a dip just priour the ann. I might be just optimistic, but that is what I recall and it is on the 3y chart as well.
