    Just quickly revisited Normandy Mining's takeover by Newmont while talking with a friend. to refresh your memory here:

    before takeover trading at 80c
    1st offer price at $1.25
    Final takeover price at $2.75

    Hope something similar will happen to LGL. all in all this is the takeover offer we have been waiting for sooo long.
