    Thanks for the infomration Davo. Based on GWR getting 2% sales revenue from its iron ore operations I have made the below calcuations.


    GWR estimated iron ore: 140 million tonnes

    Current Iron Sport Price: $US 125 per tonne

    2 % of sales revenue: $US 350 million
    (same offer made by Cliffs to
    Golden State Resources)

    GWR shares: 143 million

    Revenue per GWR share: $US 2.44 ($A 2.66)

    Current GWR share price: $A 0.685

    Recommendation: Buy
    GWR Price at posting: 67.6¢ Sentiment: Buy Disclosure: Held
