Totally agree with you t2. The offer we have received from Shell is nothing short than ridiculous and for the life of me I can't even come to grips with the fact that Management has agreed to sell and recommend the sale to the shareholders.
The price of the offer per gigajoule is so low and so far out of the marks and records, (previous prices paid), that IMHO we may even be setting a record for the lowest per gigajoule price on record.
I will not sell for the time being and if retail shareholders will stick together, there is no chance in hell IMO that the T/O will succeed.
As for the share in AOEI, I wrote before that for me it leaves a lot to be desired. Different Countries, different rules that can change at the click of a finger, and no majority control.
EPG is a typical example on how things can unfold in a foreign jurisdiction. And the share priceof it, proved what I have said.
