I was not impressed this Sunday. A slow trip North at 2pm. The guy kept cutting over the radio to tell us it was (essentially) the fault of motorists driving too slowly, and that we should speed up. This seemed a little silly since the traffic was driving at a safe distance given the density.
While the slow down might have been initially caused by some slow drivers, traffic in the tunnel does not seem to recover fast once it has slowed down and the density has increased.
Slow traffic will make it harder to reach the forecast numbers. I would love to rebuy my RCY shares, bit will wait until a capital raising. I anticipate that this will occur when the asset can be properly valued, perhaps in a few months time, and the debt lowered to 30-40% of the asset value. Actually the raising might be so large that existing share holders cannot/will not afford it.
