I fully understand your frustration, this is not a good situation that we find ourselves in, but lets try to remain positive.

All we have to go on is company Anns: its important to note that they should not be misleading, although some do guild the Lilly not that I,m saying that this is the case with MOL. This deal should go ahead with the outcome taking place late April.The last Ann; stated that Hanlong will be in a position to close the deal second half of April. When you speak to the Company they are very optimistic that all is well, but they would not say anything else would they.

We also have to understand that dealing with the Chinese is not easy, especially a privately owned Chinese company. The Chinese Govt; have a lot of control on what goes on. So Hanlong may not have been fully aware of the full complexities of time frames ect. Having said that it does leave you wondering, its not a pleasant place to find yourself in, especially if you have a lot riding on the outcome.
