Yes - I remember the "correction" when the market suddenly dumped on AOE because they realised there was a possability we needed to raise some cash. As mentioned there are other options.
The Arrow International side has only come up in the last two weeks - I think most will agree that it has hardly factored in to the current or past price - so it still comes back to Shell stealing and AOE management looking the other way.
