Difficult to see the banks forwarding the money to pay out TCW by the 24th to avoid the 34.5m US $ penalty interest bill. Not impossible but given the spped achieved to date receiving the HAnlong agreement the Due Dil of the Banks will no doubt ( not impossible ) take a lot longer ..any thoughts guys? Does the 24th seem a possibility in your guesses?
