Yes, CEU has a better and healthier story to tell, especially on the traffic and debt fronts.
On the other hand, with and H1 ebitda of $50m, and a market cap of $1.68B, I am not sure there is lots of room for the sp to go up significantly.
And this is what may explain the lack of movement in the sp, despite the good news we had a few weeks ago.
I think the only way to get some upwards action on the sp will be through some corporate activity, with the first step being the finalisation of the TCL transaction.
