    Well since you asked..

Good tie in with Inmarsat, but very wishy washy on the details, as usual.

Firstly why do you need a docking station for a "global HAND held" satellite phone? I still don't get it, (i.e. how many have docking stations for their mobile phone in here) but Inmarsat must think there is a market somewhere..

As well as a standard docking unit, Beam will produce vehicle, maritime and an indoor docking station. Wonder what the standard is then if its not indoor? Docking stations are used to charge the handset and provide a handsfree option so require 240v/12v.

Assuming they sell the $7 mill worth over next 2 years, how much profit is in that? Enough to cover admin.

$1.4 mill con notes come up for review in 3 months, 12 months out from either converting or paying. US$3 "loan" gets paid out from profits so who pays admin costs + the extra $1.4 mill if Inmarsat want their cash?.

Sales last 6 months short of covering costs by 100k again. Sales made in USD didn't reach AUD expectations.

$990,000 in employee benefit scheme??? What the??

I still cant find a decent reason to buy back in yet.

Will see how much profit ends up on the bottom line for shareholders, but WRR need to develop something new and exciting, like a decent portable gsm antenna, or internet over satellite, or satellite multiplexing voip that you can plug an analogue system into.

But I don't think a docking station will be the saviour for WRR.

Okay, just my thoughts and am ready for a barrage of thumbs down.

    Regards,

    TCG
