Presumably once the Steel Plant is up & running, that would be the case. Alternatively I did see them mention (quite while ago however) of setting up another factory to produce automotive / aerospace components in the pacific, very similar to their European operation.
So it'll probably be dividends & capital growth or possibly more aggressive capital growth if they reinvest their profits into another venture.
