pita, how does 15m shares traded compare to average daily shares daily?
seems to me that a lot of shareholders prepared to sell today. you seem to have a misguided view of tohos intentions, they are not in this to look after shareholders, they want to lock up supply at the lowest possibe cost to them.
once toho have 49.9% their can never be another takeover, or any move by cbh without the nod from tokyo. they are not in cbh for a capital gain, they just want feedstock.
i cant see cbh ever reaching former highs after toho take over, thats not their intention. might be time to take the money and run, instead if dreaming about the glory days of 70cps.
