re: Ann: CHN: Option to Acquire Dragon Mining... CHN has money in the bank. They will most likely use this to pay DRA and use the new money to advance their project. Being able to raise money this easily gives positive sentiment that DRA will get their payout.
I would say that a condition of raising this money was to have a defined agreement with DRA and that is why they had to announce the deal to the market.
All falling into place for DRA. I keep saying it but the rerating is coming, it fundamentally simply has to.
