I guess that they are holding the 22mil of Cliffs funds for later this year when poss Cliffs makes a move for the Company.

As for the Management they obviously have their own agenda as I have said b4 they have a Retirement Plan but to date have shown no plan or any concerete evidence of a serious find that would lift this dreadful share price.

All we keep getting is re-cycled news and pie in the sky reports.
