Part of defence was that they had put all this effort and spent all this money on the project. Didnt help !
I actually read a research note on CHM who gave it 10% chance of significant payout. Although I personally rate chance higher for the clients of this broker his view was that a 1 in 10 chance of a multipe return was a good spec but dont bet the house on it.
