this resistance level will be broken soon enough given the coking coal pricing etc. RIV is sitting on the largest play of all the listed coal stocks and it's only a matter of time before someone really big might take aim and fire. I can't believe its still trading under $10. If a bidding war starts for riv, don't be eager to sell it since this will bring out all the majors imo. The entire energy sector is heating up and for good reason. Arrow is just one of many to come imo. dyor.
