Interesting judgement in todays West Australian (not comparing the case, just the judgement.)
"Resource analysts said yesterday that based on current market conditions, the Rhodes Ridge project was conservately valued at $2.1 billion UNDEVELOPED, meaning the court decision had cost Mrs Rhinhart $536 million in immediate on paper losses."...and " which contains an estimated 3.3 billion tons of iron ore ". Sound familiar?
"This excluded the massive upfront infrastructure investment needed to get the project off the ground".
So the judgement was a quater of the value of the ore in compensation, and its about the same tonnage as JACK HILLS.
Food for thought...
CRIMINAL... a person with predatory instincts who has not sufficient capital to form a corporation...
CHEERS....
