There has never been a takeover offer of AOE as yet. This rumour is probably just that - fiction on behalf of the AFR. If its dinky di, AOE would release an ann. this morning.
We will see. If its true, expect the SP to rise in increments to around $6+ over the next 2 weeks as more bidders come on line.
