    didn't think Mitsui is a shareholder?

    There should a substantial holder notice by BPT if they are behind the buying yesterday.

    BPT could have easily taken-out EPR over the course of the P46 disgrace but chose not to. I suspect the legal advise may have suggested a move would have been seen as excessively agreessive. More-over, EPR would have needed to go through a lengthy/costly administration period.
