Contempt for shareholders and arrogant disregard of basic business principles breeds inefficiencies.
It should be pointed out that under the previous much maligned management SP never bottomed out to as it is now.
All Shareholders should be aware of the impending issue of approx. 40,000,000 shares in LEI. It will be interesting to see if they are distributed to MVH shareholders or stealthily purloined by the select few into an investment company.
