It's funny how all of sudden all the big retail property companies are starting to move at the same time. I think it is obvious they had all waited on the side lines hoping for a nic fall out on property and have been waiting for the right moment (bottom of the market) to make their move.
I think we are going to see a lot more action of take overs and buy outs now.
This doesnt mean there will be a buyer for cnp but it definately means there is going to be a huge drop in Retail property on the market thus adding fuel for the bounce in valuations.
