I am not hung up on the 'option' issue.
CHN does not currently have the funds to pay - so they need an agreement to buy the assets before they can going and raise the funds.
If GFC2 happens over the next couple of months, they couldn't raise the funds and then what would happen?
The relationship betwen DRA & CHN seems to be amicable, so I don't think games are being played.
DRA does not need the cash in the next few months, so no big deal.
