I was part of the 2nd tranche placement at 8c and although it will be tough on the 4th I don't think I will sell, i'm excited about htx and will hold for the long term (accumalated more today at 17c). 7m shares is only $0.55m. Of course there will be heavy selling, some quick profits, yet I can't see it bringing down the SP materially.
