As we forecasted 2 years ago, the NSW officers who linking to dirty cases, were protected and promoted very well, either on planing or Railway ticket department.
ERG directors did not use the court to discuss key problem --- maybe corruption.
They did not mentioned that NSW govt. recently accepted ERG s suggestion --- changed ticket charging rules, that proved so far the T-Card project did not fail, but NSW govt charging rules blocked progress of the project.

The hearing revealed, ERG paid to a lobbyist company just for a trap --- A letter from ERG Chairman to admitted ERG fault. In Mr. Duncan Saville last case, his CEO cheaply sold him out to help his competitors. Is it same thing happen? ERG chairman working for who? Maybe for NSW govt ? Of Course not for shareholders, He blocked shareholders to access 50% benefit in VIX-ERG. He never mention real important topics in the hearing. Let us to see his next step.

The results showed we can not depend on that case too much. Never mind what results, ERG shareholders always can get together by class action to against corruption, So that relative organizations have to act.
