The only doubt I have a the moment especially if there are 2 rigs going full pelt is short term cash flow after the free carry. I believe that in the past jvp have had to pay their cut of drilling costs up front. The free carry wells will need plumbing into the infrastructue and putting into production. The JVP then get their share of monthly revenues around 6 weeks or so later.
It must be a concern to the directors - i hope they dont mess this one up now!
after 3 weeks of reflection the Kennedy flow rates are still incredibile. To think we were sitting on that well for 2 years doing nothing. Why didnt we frac it at the time? If those flow rates had been announced in 2007 the SP would have truely rocketed.
