What happens if the proposed deal doesn't occur? This merger is for KS to pay down debt in Westrac using the 7 cash pile. If the deal is blocked, then converting to 4s makes a lot less sense. There could still be a redemption in that case. If the merger goes ahead then I agree this becomes part of the furniture.
