Based on your logic if they paid 2.19 then there would be no dilution...which is not true.

Without this alliance proposal, the price would have been about 2.40, maybe higher. So as well as having my ownership of the company cut by a 7th, i've also lost 20 cents per share. They could have at least made CLO pay 2.30 :/
