What I really dislike about this deal is that minority holders are being scammed. The majority holders have given $2.10 call options to CLO. And I highly doubt they gave them away for free. So in essence they're able to exit at a price > $2.10 - a deal that hasn't been offered to other shareholders.

It has also effectively blocked any rival bids. CLO is guaranteed 20% of FGE at $2.10/s as of now. A rival bigger won't want to deal with a 20% blocking stake.
