Hi Glyna,
Are you sure its ONLY the opinion of died in the wool biased CHM holders that any win "will be a big one".You often make statements oozing cofidence without "REAL" proof to back it up. Now theres nothing wrong with having confidence, but proof is another matter.
Your first analysis that MMX holders and the general market as evidenced by the parties SP is proof of what?
That MMX SP should be much more than it is.
Most people know that. Without the CHM monkey MMX could be anything, four, five dollars.
Major investors could see that,as you say.Could that be why they have increased their holding? Could there have been rumours about the impending JACK HILLS upgrade?
"Largest CHM shareholder selling 60 million shares and ex chairman selling out"... Wouldn't read too much into that....A bird in the hand...and appeal going on for years... Too many unknowns to hang your hat on...and finally, your quote..."No subatantial win"...as announced regularly by MMX.... I've searched the MMX web page and can't find the statement you quote. The only thing that reads anything like your quote is "Expectation of a successful outcome",which in legal terms means what?
Define "Expectation"..." Successful"... and "Outcome". It would be a lawyer's picnic.
RATIONALE...the use of inteligence to avoid the truth... Cheers.
