GBP shareprice is a strange thing indeed.

Even with the relatively few number on issue when compared to the say GGP or BCC it doesn't matter how many one wants to buy, there's always more than that for sale at seemingly bargain basement prices.

The SP was actually bubbling away nicely until 2 directors decided to sell some of their holdings. It wasn't a huge amount of shares considering the size of their holdings but it's nonetheless an odd thing to do on the eve of a spud.

They're hardly leading from the front here expecting a poor mug punter like me to invest in their project. Invest how? Oh here I'll sell you some of my holdings!

There's also the stale air of the last duster to contend with. With odds approaching rolling a "0" on a roulette wheel when compared to other companies exploring in these rich deposits, IMO until we see some really good indicative hydrocarbon shows investor enthusiasm will remain subdued.

It's now been a week since spud. I would expect an update on progress shortly.
