    re: Ann: Arrow Awarded Licence for Surat Glad... This is a very basic question. Can someone plse explain how a rights issue works and the implications if one doesnt participate in it. How does a rights issue differ from a SPP?
    As with a SPP the stock price tends to drop to the issue price, is this the same for a rights issue. Any advice greatly appreciated... Sung
